Please read these terms carefully before using AfriStay.
AfriStay is an independent online marketplace that connects travelers with property owners and vehicle hirers across Rwanda. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on AfriStay. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Property owners ("Owners") list their properties or vehicles on AfriStay. All listings must be accurate, legal, and comply with Rwandan law. AfriStay is not a party to the rental agreement between a guest and an owner — we facilitate the booking only.
Guests are responsible for reviewing listing details, availability, and house rules before booking. All confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
All payments are processed through our payment partners. AfriStay charges a platform service fee per booking. This fee is disclosed before you confirm payment. Owners receive their payout minus the AfriStay service fee within the agreed payout schedule.
Prices are displayed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Guests and owners may leave reviews after a completed stay or rental. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. AfriStay reserves the right to remove content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates our policies. By submitting content you grant AfriStay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.
AfriStay provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the quality of properties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
